- The customer accepts responsibility for all goods hired from the time of delivery until those goods are collected by Territory Events Hire, or returned by the customer to Territory Events Hire store during normal working hours when the store is open for business.
- Prices do not include out of business hours/weekend labor and or delivery/collection. Customer to advise this upon request of quotation.
- All care is taken when orders are packed and should be carefully checked by the hirer on receipt of goods.
- The customer must use the goods in a proper, safe and careful manner and only for the purpose for which the goods were designed.
- All items must be returned in a clean condition to avoid further cleaning charges. The customer will make sure that all goods properly packed in the cartons and containers in which they were delivered, and that all tables and chairs are stacked for collection. The customer agrees to pay a cleaning fee if goods are dirty when collected by or returned to Territory Events Hire.
- Credit Card details are taken to use as security. By reading the T&C’s and signing the written quotation you have approved us charging the card for items which are damaged, unclean, or missing. Under no others circumstances will we charge the card unless specified by yourself.
- For larger events a 20% deposit is payable to confirm booking with balance due on delivery or before the event date.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- In the event of cancellation by the hirer of more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours notice- 20% of the total hire is payable. Cancellation on the date of delivery/install- total hire charges will apply.
- Goods hired to the customer will be delivered to the customer, or are available for collection, during normal working hours in the delivery date stated in the quote/invoice. Territory Events Hire cannot give specific time for delivery and collection of goods due to uncertain traffic conditions, weather conditions, labor requirements and unforeseen circumstances.
- Territory Events Hire is not responsible for loading and unloading equipment. If the customer or party thereof assists in the loading or unloading of equipment the customer agrees to indemnify Territory Events Hire for any property or equipment damage or personal injury in relation to this assistance, whether or not due to negligence.
- It is a condition of hiring that the hirer must keep and use the said goods in a careful and responsible manner and the hirer accepts full responsibility and hereby indemnified the owner from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands and expenses in any way from injury, death or damage caused to the hirer or associate user in respect of equipment hired.
